As one of the largest construction investment’s in the company’s history, the new facility, home to Dial Corp.’s headquarters and R&D facility, spans approximately 4 3/4 acres (2 hectares). The 350,000-square-foot (32,515- m2), four-story facility has 220,000 square feet (20,438 m2) of R&D space and 130,000 square feet (12,077 m2) of office space, in addition to 400,000 square feet (37,160 m2) of underground parking.

Staying true to Dial’s innovative corporate culture and their desire for an environmentally sensitive facility, hundreds of custom-sized Omega-Lite panels finished in Champagne Kynar from Laminators Inc. were installed on the building in a custom glazing storefront system, providing a unique and modern look to the new facility.
