The new $26.5 million, 90,349-square-foot (8,393-m2) Clinton campus includes a medical fitness facility and medical office building. The office building houses a pediatric medicine group, a family health center and other physician specialties. The remainder of the building houses the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center that features a 50- by 75-foot (15- by 23-m) pool, a therapy pool and large whirlpool. Services include physical therapy, aquatic therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, personal training, massage, weight management/nutrition, senior fitness, community support programs, pre- and post-natal programs, and arthritis programs.
For the roof, the architect utilized 55,000 square feet (5,110 m2) of 18-inch
