Vulcraft supplied approximately 90 tons of joists to build Indiana Tech Law School, completed in July 2013. A total 370 tons of structural steel was utilized. The building structure has wide flange beams supporting floor and roof joists, and the rolled tube beams are 18-foot on-center.
The 70,000-square-foot law school has three floors with a library on each floor and a trial courtroom 68 feet in diameter. An overlook on the second floor allows students to observe trial procedures from above. Indiana Tech Law School has a barreled roof across the front that projects above the rest of the roof.
