Flexibility, transparency, minimal division and openness are central project goals for NBBJ’s design for the Integrated Research and Innovation Center at University of Idaho. The 78,500-square-foot facility is utilized by graduate and undergraduate students working together on cross-department research projects in sciences, social sciences and humanities.
Kilgore Tec Products Inc. installed 9,000 square feet of American Metalcraft Inc.’s 0.125-inch-thick perforated aluminum plate panels. Finishing Dynamics applied Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings’ Aztec colored coating to the panels.
