The tiered roof complied with local zoning ordinances including prohibition of flat roofs and height limits. Berridge Manufacturing Co. supplied its Zee-Lock standing seam metal roof system in Charcoal Grey and L-Panels in Shasta White for soffits and a porch display area. The 85,000-square-foot car dealership features 11,800 square feet of sales and showroom space, 54 service bays and a nine-vehicle hand car wash.
