L&K Retail Center, Fleming Island, Fla.

The 28,800-square-foot (2,676-m2), two-story retail and office space features conventional steel buildings wrapped with Koreteck’s Building Envelope System. The two buildings share a common elevator and central courtyard. The project was completed on a fast-track schedule to meet the owner’s time limits.
