Started in January 2010, and completed in September, the 30,000-square-foot storage facility cost $1.5 million. The two-story mixed-use facility has 15,000 square feet of mini storage on the lower level, while the upper level is half mini storage and half retail/office space. The retail space is clear span rafter supported by tilt wall panels at the building front, and mini storage and pipe columns at the interior end.
American Buildings Co. supplied the metal building and Standing Seam II roof panels in Polar White for the project. The paint system consists of 70 percent PVDF resin supplied as Kynar 500 or Hylar 500 manufactured by PPG Industries.
