Archimages Inc. designed Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine with a metal building system, metal roof and metal wall panels. American Building Co. supplied its metal building system and Standing Seam 360 metal roof panels in Surrey Beige for the 20,430-square-foot project, which was completed in May 2015. The system has metal building unsupported and standard columns, rafters, square-tubed interior columns and rectangular spandrel beams that support metal stud framing with masonry brick veneer.
Additionally, the metal building system has channel spandrel beams, structural purlin angles that support exterior, load-bearing metal stud framing and exterior sheeting. A fluid-applied weather barrier was also installed. Fabral Inc. supplied its HCF 16-4 horizontal metal siding with metal vertical accent joints for the health care facility. An EIFS was installed at the entry.
