Hannah Gabriel Wells created a modern renovation design for Moda Sorrento, a four-building laboratory and office complex, with metal composite material (MCM) wall panels. Sylvester Roofing Co. Inc. installed more than 11,800 square feet of Laminators Inc.’s Omega-Lite MCM panels in Bone White on the four buildings, totaling 105,748 square feet. The four, single-story buildings, located on a 6.58- acre lot, feature multiple storefront entrances, loading doors and extensive glass-lines. They contain 99,676 square feet of rentable space. The project was completed in September 2015.
