Located in Springfield, Mo., the O’Reilly Family Center is a LEED Gold certified facility
that can seat 3,100 people. Used as an arena and activity center for Drury University, Springfield-based architect, H Design Group LLC created an open space that can easily make players and spectators feel comfortable. Completed in September 2010, American Buildings Builder, Williams Construction Inc. of Springfield, installed 53,000 square feet of Eufaula, Ala.-based American Buildings Co.’s Standing Seam 360 Cool Roof panels. The panels were chosen based on familiarity with the product and the cool roof color was chosen to comply with LEED specifications. In addition to the standing seam panels, Williams Construction also installed 2 1/2-inch insulated wall panels.
