Known for its smoked meat and cheese items, Oscar’s Smokehouse is the creation of design-build team Paone Architecture P.C. and Munter Enterprises Inc. The team worked under an aggressive schedule to get the pre-engineered metal building up and running as a prime location for Oscar’s, which has been making smoked meat and cheese for more than 65 years. The building features 3,800 square feet of Metl-Span’s 3-inch CF42 Fluted insulated metal wall panels finished in Cool Parchment for exterior walls. The interior partitions, coolers and freezers feature 3,300 square feet of 4-inch CF45 Light Mesa insulated metal wall panels finished in USDA Polar White.
