Completed in July 2011, the power district features offices, a shop and warehouse. The project consists of three additions divided into four phases. The construction took place while the building owner maintained occupancy. This project also included a standing seam re-roof to the existing building, as well as insulating and sheeting the existing exposed masonry walls. The 17,089-squarefoot facility contains a Behlen ZL-24 Galvalume standing seam roof system and metal building system from Behlen Building Systems. The project also consists of metal wall panels in light stone from TransAmerican Strukturoc Inc.
