Resorts World, Las Vegas

Resorts World is an all-in-one resort, mall and casino, and the first new integrated resort to open on the Las Vegas strip in more than a decade. The resort features high-end finishes, one-of-a-kind designs and cuttingedge LED technology throughout. The $4.3 billion project has 3,500 rooms, more than 40 restaurants and bars, a 5.5-acre pool complex, and a music venue for up to 5,000 people called The Theatre at Resorts World.

For shopping, visitors can go to “The Spine,” a shopping concourse with a $50 million LED Globe and lined with 2,500 linear feet of Trex Commercial Glass Guardrail on five floors. Trex Commercial utilized CNC sheet metal laser technology to ensure precise cutting of the 1,200 linear feet of mirrored stainless steel cladding used to create a custom architectural solution that aided in Resorts Word in achieving LEED Gold certification.

Cardinal Glass Industries provided the majority of the glass for the railings, while GlasPro Inc. supplied the glass for the end panels, as well as added scope and remakes due to lead times.
