Allied Steel Buildings Inc. supplied a 120-foot by 160-foot by 42-foot metal warehouse and showroom for RIP-IT Sporting Goods. The clear-span warehouse features a single-slope roof with a valley gutter system on the east side and a parapet wall on four sides. The steel building was built to withstand the hurricane-force winds and rain with 150-mph wind-load and 24-gauge metal roof and wall panels. Chronus Construction Inc. was the general contractor for the project, which was completed in August 2014.
