Roberts Heating and Cooling, Carlisle, Iowa

Brothers Andy and Alex Roberts were ready to stop leasing and expand into their own space to house their heating and cooling business. The brothers happened to be good friends with local contractor Dane Wright of D. Wright Construction, and when the brothers needed anew building, they knew just who to call.

Liberty Building Systems was commissioned to provide a metal building solution for the business, and according to Wright, choosing metal just made sense.

“A metal building provides ample interior space in the quickest amount of time,” Wright said. “No need to worry about columns or anything like a wood structure would have. And the finished product looks great on the outside to match the surrounding buildings.”

Liberty supplied the metal building system for the 4,536-square-foot (421-m2) project, including clearspan framing, 26-gauge LibertyRib wall panels in Ash Gray, 26-gauge LibertyRib Galvalume roof panels in Harbor Blue trim and an interior metal liner.
