The 9,755-square-foot office features interior lighting sensors and occupancy sensors. For the roof, Metallic Building Co. supplied its 24-gauge PBR roof panels in a Signature 300 Snow White cool color. To complete the project, Dura Bilt Products Inc. fabricated five steel truss portals for the standing-seam roof to provide shading for the exterior windows. The 103- by 86-foot roof features a 1/2:12 roof slope and 15-foot eave heights.
