Gallaudet University’s 87,000-square-foot Sorenson Language and Communication Center has a façade of glass and RHEINZINK America Inc.’s Flat Lock Tiles. Warren-Ehret Co. of Maryland Inc. installed 12,500 square feet of RHEINZINK 0.8-mm, 22-gauge PrePATINA Blue-Grey Flat Lock Tiles. The three-story building is transparent, light and modern, and was designed to meet the needs of deaf and hearing-impaired students. Gallaudet University is a center for deaf culture with a legacy dating back to 1864.
