The project features 4,220 square feet of ALPOLIC ACM panels from Mitsubishi Plastics Composites America Inc. The 4-mm Medium Bronze Metallic “MBX” panels have a PE Core. According to architect Kevin M. Hyslop, “McMillan Pazdan Smith chose the insulated metal panel system as a way to provide a new face to Spartanburg Day School’s athletic program. taking advantage of its thermal properties and broad color selection, we were able to incorporate the more contemporary material into the school’s traditional setting while achieving the required R-value for the project.”
