St. Paul Carl Junction Campus has three buildings constructed with two separate metal buildings systems and a curved structural steel entrance. The 12,200-square-foot facility has Alliance Steel Inc.’s metal building systems, covered by Alliance’s Lok-16 Architectural concealed fastener standing seam roof system. The roof is insulated with R-38 banded membrane and fiberglass insulation. The highest eave height is 23 feet, 6 inches.

The walls are built with structural steel stud with zip sheathing and fiberglass insulation, sheeted with Alliance’s LT 3.3 Panels, installed horizontally, and Alliance’s NFS-16 Panels, installed vertically, and, in some places, stone and EIFS.
