Completed in July 2009, the 123,000-square-foot (11,427-m2) building utilized a Tapered Rigid Frame metal building and Standing Seam 360 metal roof system in Regal Blue from American Buildings Co. PPG Industries supplied the SmartKote paint system, 70 percent PVDF resin supplied as Kynar 500 or Hylar 500. The project also features a boxed façade with soffit and brick veneer exterior finish.
