The Quarter, Cleveland

A variety of colors of metal composite material (MCM) panels are featured in Vocon Partners LLC’s design for The Quarter mixed-use development’s exterior including Black, Bright Metallic Silver, Charcoal Grey and Dove Grey. RC Glass installed 27,000 square feet of Laminators Inc.’s Omega-Lite MCM panels with Laminators’ one-piece, tight-fit installation system for the project.

The five-story, 270,400-square-foot mixed-use development is on a 2-acre site in the Ohio City neighborhood. It houses 194 studio, one-bed and two-bed apartments, as well as 30,000 square feet of commercial/retail space that includes a grocery store, dry cleaner and music school. Other amenities are a dog park, fire pits, grills, gymnasium, underground parking garage and zero-edge pool.
