The Stories at City Modern, Detroit

Dark-colored metal panels wrap over the roofs and sidewalls of The Stories apartment buildings. The metal panels contrast with light-colored panels on the interiors of the facades and appear to frame them. The two matching, connected, four-story, 10-unit buildings have one- and two-bedroom units and vaulted ceilings.

The Stories is part of the City Modern mixed-use development in Detroit, Mich. City Modern has four renovated Victorian mansions, 20 new buildings, and 400 total residences. Pro-Shield Cladding Contractors LLC installed ATAS International Inc.’s 24-gauge steel Dutch Seam in Classic Bronze.
