Owned by Guberburger Properties LLC, the 3,000-square-foot retail facility contains a structural metal building system with a MR-24 standing seam roof from Butler Manufacturing. Particular challenges to the project included a very tight job site, while the building needed to match Verizon’s other location in town. Septagon Construction served as the design-builder for the project.
