The goal for Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery and Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique was to build a sleek, modern building with asymmetric and geometrical exterior lines to disguise the rectangular box-like building. Harrell Architects LP specified 4,263 square feet of Alcoa Architectural Products’ 4-mm Reynobond aluminum composite material in Colorweld 500 Bone White to create a monolithic design with clean lines on the exterior.

The 12,280-square-foot, three-story facility is clad with white metal panels, corrugated zinc metal panels and white plaster. The design is accented by the two-story jewel box corner window wall with horizontal shading fins. It was constructed on a 19,100-square-foot project site and completed in August 2014. The building’s corner lot is anchored by landscaping and site lighting that continue the building facade’s linear geometry.
