Webber Family Motors selected Metallic Building Co.’s pre-engineered metal building for its Ford dealership, service shop and lube center. Designbuilder Hammers Construction Inc. installed Metallic Building’s Double Lok Galvalume Plus roof panel system with a 1:12 pitch. PBA end-wall and sidewall panels were coated with Signature 300 Series paint. The project included custom flashings for parapets and an in-floor heat system fueled with waste oil collected by a system integrated throughout the facility.
