Saint Louis-based ButcherJoseph & Co. was the financial advising firm for Springfield, Ill.-based American Metals Supply Co., Inc. on its sale to St. Paul, Minn.-based MacArthur Co. MacArthur is a building products distributor. American Metals Supply is a distributor of sheet and coil steel, prefabricated duct and fittings, and a complete line of HVAC products.
