3A Composites USA recently announced that Mary Aloisio has joined the ALUCOBONDNorth American sales team, which represents the company’s lines of ALUCOBOND PLUS aluminum composite material (ACM) and ALUCOBOND AXCENT aluminum flat stock in the building design and construction industry.

Aloisio will serve as ALUCOBOND sales manager for the Southeast region, covering Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Tennessee. She will be taking over the territory from veteran sales manager Kevin Jones, who is retiring following more than 30 years in the building materials industry including 15 years in the metal panel market.
Aloisio will maintain the high level of service established by Jones in this territory by providing technical expertise and developing relationships within the architectural community as well as strengthening relationships with ALUCOBOND fabrication partners.
Aloisio brings more than nine years’ experience in the sale of construction materials to the role as well as additional engineering and marketing experience. Most recently, she served as fabrication business manager at McNichols Co., where she helped to grow the company’s fabrication business by working with project managers and estimators to meet project specifications. Additionally, she was heavily involved in the ISO certification process at McNichols Co. and is well-versed in quality improvement initiatives.
Aloisio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University as well as a Master Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
