Developmental Industries and D.I. Roof Seamers proudly announce the appointment of Lee King as Chief Financial Officer. The announcement was made by Terry Rider, CEO of the companies.

He comes to us with an extensive and diverse background that has formed him into the perfect candidate for this position,” stated Rider. “His leadership experience is a strong complement to our management team and he will be invaluable as we continue to grow globally.”
King, who has already been on the job since early May, earned his Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 2009 and brings with him many years of experience from public accounting firms as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in partnership and corporate taxes, audits, and payroll accounting. His role as CFO will allow him to bring his experience and skills to the fore-front as Developmental Industries and D.I. Roof Seamers continue to grow by managing these key components for all company locations, distribution centers, and international offices.
