American Metal Market Announces Steel Excellence Awards

Nucor Buildings Group applauds those honored with a Steel Excellence Award given by American Metal Market (AMM) in a recent ceremony during the Steel Success Strategies XXV Conference in New York. The awards, presented in 12 categories, recognize achievements in ground-breaking business advancements, delivering growth to the steel industry through execution. Ken Iverson, former chairman and chief executive officer of Nucor, was announced as the Titan of Steel. Daniel R. DiMicco, current chairman, president and chief executive officer of Nucor, was awarded Industry Ambassador of the Year. The Scrap Company of the Year award was presented to David J. Joseph Company (DJJ), a Nucor division based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
