Precision Cut Industries Inc. (PCI), based in Hanover, Pa., named its new president. Shonna Sites, an experienced leader in the manufacturing industry, is the company’s first female president.
Sites will oversee all aspects of operations for the company, focusing on delivering service by driving efficiencies and technology advancements, enhancing product quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering for its customers. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior management leadership in the manufacturing and construction industries.
“I am deeply honored to take on the role of president at Precision Cut Industries,” she says. “I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together as a team, and I am excited to lead PCI into its next chapter of growth and success.”
Having joined PCI in 2012 as director of human resources, Sites has consistently increased her leadership role, most recently serving as chief operating officer. In January, Sites stepped into her new role as president, taking the helm of the 150-person company.
