Oshkosh grows materials handling equipment portfolio, buys AUSA

Oshkosh Corp., based in Oshkosh, Wis., entered an agreement to acquire Barcelona, Spain-based AUSA Center SLU (AUSA). Oshkosh also owns JLG Industries Inc., based in McConnellsburg, Pa. AUSA manufactures wheeled dumpers, rough terrain forklifts and telehandlers including JLG’s SkyTrak 3013 compact telehandler.
