Laminators Inc., based in Hatfield, Pa., has welcomed Paul Baxter as its new product development manager. With experience in product development and project management, Baxter has worked more than 30 years in the manufacturing industry.

In his new role, Baxter will oversee the entire product development life cycle, from ideation and design to launch and post-launch analysis. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of quality. Additionally, Baxter will identify new market opportunities and trends.
