Holcim Solutions and Products U.S. LLC, based in Chicago, has signed an agreement to acquire OX Engineered Products Inc., an insulation and underlayment manufacturer based in Northville, Mich. With OX’s complementary technologies, Holcim will offer an extended range of building envelope solutions for residential and commercial applications.

The acquisition, subject to conditions and regulatory clearance in the U.S., is expected to close in Q4.
