All Weather Insulated Panels Inc. (AWIP), based in Vacaville, Calif., hired Telisha Yosten as plant manager at its East Stroudsburg, Pa., location.

With a commitment to continuous improvement and her experience as plant manager and manufacturing manager, Yosten has helped develop processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and maximize quality and yield. She is skilled at establishing and maintaining quality control and safety programs.
