Wells, a provider of prefabricated building solutions across the United States, has announced the addition of three new team members to the Mountain States-based sales team: Paul Thomas, Mariah Bowman, and Sebastian Myers. According to a news release, their collective expertise “advances Wells’ strategic growth in the region and deepens the company’s commitment to collaborating with design teams to share resilient, community-focused projects.”

“Our Mountain States team is growing with purpose,” said Dan Parker, vice president of sales. “Sebastian, Mariah, and Paul bring fresh energy, diverse expertise, and a shared commitment to serving our clients and communities. Their addition reflects our focus on collaboration, ingenuity, and building lasting partnerships as we support the region’s continued growth.”

Thomas, who started his career in 2016 as a design engineer for Wells, brings a strong technical foundation and engineering background that will help clients evaluate and implement high-performing building solutions. Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a professional engineer.

Myers brings hands-on construction experience and has progressed through Wells in technical roles such as CAD technician, modeler, and estimator, and offers a full-picture understanding of how ideas move from concept to reality. He holds a drafting degree from Utah-based Dixie Technical College.

Bowman holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Colorado Denver and has more than four years of experience as an architectural designer. Her architectural background gives her firsthand understanding of the challenges design teams and project owners face throughout the building process, positioning her to partner with architects, contractors, and owners while working together to find the right solutions.
