Three colors of metal panels create a pattern on the exterior of the 10-story Mercy Health Medical Center. The health care facility houses 300 patient rooms, an emergency department and surgical units.
Mike Andric, associate vice president and health care architect at Hammel, Green and Abrahamson Inc. (HGA), says, “We ended up going with three different colors. They looked the same when you’re looking at small samples, but in the field, you can really detect the difference between the colors of the panels.”
