Bradco Supply, Avenel, N.J., has acquired Insulation Systems Inc. The company is a distributor of commercial roofing products with three offices throughout North Carolina. ISI maintains headquarters in Greensboro. The three branches will continue to operate under the ISI name and Dewey Haizlip, former owner of ISI, will remain on to ensure a smooth transition into the Bradco organization. “Bradco is very excited about our acquisition of Insulation Systems Inc., as we believe it will serve to strengthen our commercial roofing presence in North Carolina, while complementing Bradco’s existing four branch locations in Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington and Greensboro,” said Martin Segal, vice president of acquisitions for Bradco. “We are pleased to welcome Dewey Haizlip and all the employees of ISI into the Bradco family. Bradco and ISI remain committed to providing area contractors with a broad range of products and the best customer service in the industry.” Inquiries can be directed to Martin Segal at 732-382-3400 or at msegal@bradcosupply.com.
