BRS names industry veteran VP GM

Building Research Systems, Edmond, Okla., has recently named Trey Herren as vice president general manager. Herren, an industry veteran of 20 years, has been with BRS since 2007 and previously served as a BRS product development technician. Herren is looking forward to taking on new responsibilities as vice president and managing the overall business activities. “My goal is to takeover exclusive management of all phases of BRS, in preparation to move into the role of president,” Herren said. Leo Neyer, president of BRS, could not be more excited, “Trey is a tremendous leader and has exhibited all of the necessary qualities to one day run this organization.” Prior to joining the BRS family, Trey worked for Star Building Systems and was a member of the Oklahoma National Guard for seven years.
