EquipmentShare, one of the largest equipment rental providers in the United States, held a groundbreaking ceremony to
celebrate the construction of its new Roswell, N.M. branch and announce a broader statewide expansion that will
bring five to 10 new locations to communities across New Mexico. The Roswell site will be EquipmentShare’s seventh location in the state.
The new branch, located at 711 Monksdale Road, will operate as a core solutions facility. Contractors will
have access to excavators, dozers, skid steers, telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other essential equipment. Every asset connects through EquipmentShare’s T3 platform, which provides real-time visibility, utilization insights, machine access
control, and jobsite management tools. The branch will also provide on-site support for projects.
As part of its statewide expansion plan, EquipmentShare is working with community partners, evaluating potential sites, and exploring property opportunities. Each new branch is expected to create 25 to 50 jobs and will see a projected investment range of $35 million to $70 million, including equipment, capital improvements, renovations, and first-year salaries.

The Roswell branch is scheduled to open in 2026, with hiring and community engagement efforts underway.
