Insulated metal panels featured in Metal Construction News’ October 2018 issue.

CENTRIA
CENTRIA’s Formawall Dimension Series and Graphix Series insulated metal panels (IMPs) are produced without halogen in their insulating foam cores. The panels have a Health Product Declaration (HPD) from the HPD Collaborative. Horizontal and vertical IMPs are available in a range of lengths, thicknesses, reveals and profiles. Additionally, the panels can be curved.

Kingspan Insulated Panels Inc.
Kingspan produces its KS Shadowline, KS Micro-Rib and Optimo panels with QuadCore, a hybrid insulation core with a closed microcell structure. Panels with QuadCore provide high levels of fire performance and fire resistance; they are certified to FM 4882 standards for use in smoke-sensitive occupancies. QuadCore is certified GREENGUARD Gold and has a Silver Level Material Health Certificate from the Cradle to Cradle assessment. Panels with QuadCore come with a 30-year thermal warranty.

MBCI
MBCI’s CFR insulated standing seam roof panels have 2-inch-high seams. Standard panels have 42-inch-wide coverage; optional 30-inch and 36-inch widths are also available. CFR panels are attached to building structures with concealed clips to provide continuous insulation and eliminate thermal bridges. A wide variety of colors are offered.

Metl-Span
Metl-Span’s CF Striated insulated metal panels (IMPs) are lightly profiled with narrow longitudinal striations, creating soft texture with shadow and light. From a short distance away, they appear flat. Striated IMPs have concealed clips and fasteners that create smooth, unbroken appearances. The wall panels have a polyurethane insulating core, and are available in thicknesses to 4 inches.
