Completed in September 2009, this 12,000-square-foot (1,115-m2) facility includes a police office/police substation and an EMC office server room. It also features a fire office/fire facilities for 10 full-time fire fighters accompanied by a radio report room off of the entry lobby, and a three-bay drive-through station that is reflective of the community’s small town character.
American Buildings Co. supplied its Rigid Frame metal building system and Loc Seam metal roof panels in Pearl Gray. The scale at which the exterior materials—the metal roofing, wood siding, masonry and exposed architectural metal brackets—are used provides a traditional look to the pre-engineered metal building.
