Bank of Franklin, Brookhaven, Miss.

A small community bank with a headquarters in Meadville, Miss., three full service branches and a drive-in branch, the bank’s one branch location had been housed in a mobile facility since 2008 when bank officials decided to create a permanent facility at the same location.

Completed in July 2009, the new facility features approximately 10,000 square feet (929 m2) of interior space and a drive-up portico with customer service bays for four cars. The bank interior features a wood-framed retail teller area for inside service and the drive thru, as well as offices for bank officials and a conference room for customer meetings.

The new structure features a brick façade consistent with the look of the headquarters and other branches. The roof is comprised of 16,000 square feet (1,486 m2) of Englert Inc.’s 18-inch- (457-mm-) wide, 24-gauge Series 2000 standing-seam panels in preweathered Galvalume. Nearly half of the standing-seam panels make up the roof for the drive-thru side of the facility.
