McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture LLC specified insulated metal panels (IMPs) and metal composite material (MCM) panels in its design for a manufacturing and service center facility for Baxter Enterprises and Hi-Tech Mold and Engineering. The 80,000-square-foot facility houses combined operations for automotive plastic injection molding of interior parts and service, maintenance and repair services for the injection molding equipment, dyes and molds.

Steel Clad Inc. installed 36,950 square feet of Kingspan Insulated Panels Inc.’s 200 Inverted Rib IMPs in Kynar 500 Dove Gray; 5,320 square feet of Kingspan Insulated Panels’ KS Mini-Wave IMPs in Kynar 500 Dove Gray; and 815 square feet of CENTRIA’s 4-mm FormaBond MCM panels in Kynar 500 Deep Blue Sea. The $5.7 million project was completed in January 2017.
