Located in Baltimore, the Baywood Hotel is owned by Park Hospitality LLC in Greenbelt, Md. Designed by Ammon Heisler Sachs, Baltimore, the hotel features a 126-square-foot canopy from Mapes Canopies LLC, Lincoln, Neb. The canopy is 14 feet wide with a 9-foot projection, and has a 6- by 6-inch support beam. The structure is covered in 2-coat Kynar in Mapes Bronze. The general contractor was DD&B Construction in Gaithersburg, Md.
