Completed in September 2012, the the metal building project is a self-storage development with one two-story heated storage building and seven single-story cold storage buildings. The two-story building was built with access to the second-story by a grade level ramp due to several grade changes at the back of the site.
The site was developed to target the business sector and general public. As a result, the site sits on a location close to the downtown center of Greater Sudbury. The project features 45,750 square feet of Standing Seam II roof panels and Long Span III wall panels from American Buildings Co.
