Thomas Phoenix International Inc. erected Star Building Systems’ metal building system for the 60,000-square-foot facility. At the roof, Thomas Phoenix installed 61,000 square feet of Star’s 24-gauge Star Double-Lok standing seam roof system in Galvalume.

At the walls, Thomas Phoenix installed 12,000 square feet of Star’s 26-gauge 7.2 horizontal metal wall panels in Brownstone and 19,500 square feet of Star’s 26-gauge AVP vertical metal wall panels in Medium Bronze. Approximately 1,000 square feet of solid phenolic panels in a faux wood grain finish were used, as well. Therm-All Inc.’s OptiLiner banded liner insulation system insulates the roof and walls.
