Construction on the 8,708-square-foot (809- m2) building began in March 2009 and was completed that August. The office facility and warehouse features facades and canopies, with two different types of metal wall panels applied horizontally and a third type applied vertically to match the look of an existing building on the project site. This detail required much more planning and labor than a typical job.
Metallic Building Co. supplied the metal building, roof and walls for the project. The roof panels were 24-gauge Ultra-Dek panels. Additionally, the project featured Galvalume gutters and downspouts and a 12-foot- (4-m-) tall storefront glass on two sides.
