This Minnesota restaurant offers a quality dining experience in an upscale casual setting. The restaurant was designed in-house by C.I. Construction, a Butler Builder. The 4,900-square-foot project became an immediate candidate for metal building systems construction because of the clear span requirement, schedule and budget. The design-build program spanned nine months over a typically challenging Minnesota winter. Butler Manufacturing provided its Widespan framing system and MR-24 standing seam roof panels. The Widespan framing system features a single slope to the back of the building, while the MR-24 standing seam roof system is insulated with 4 inches of fiberglass. Masonry veneer over steel-stud wall assemblies, insulated with 6 inches of fiberglass, and a parapet condition across the front and down both sides add to the desired curb appeal sought for the retail business.
