The Clark Enersen Partners designed the Duane W. Acklie Hall of Science at Nebraska Wesleyan University to showcase teaching and research space and put science on display. The 80,000-squarefoot building houses the biology, chemistry and psychology departments. A prominent feature on the east side of the building is metal cladding that creates a frame-like structure patio.

In total, 9,000 square feet of metal panels were used for the inside and outside of the building. On the exterior, Glosser System Installers LLC installed CENTRIA’s 3-inch-thick, 22-gauge G-90 galvanized, smooth, FWDS metal wall panels. Inside, Glosser System Installers installed SGH Concepts’ 25-gauge G-90 galvanized, embossed, Sieccoline metal wall panels. The panels have a custom mica anodic clear finish.
