Smooth, silver metal cladding contrasts and complements tan stone on the exterior of Fort Bliss Hospital. Metal canopies, overhangs and sunshades provide shelter and daylighting control.
To complete the metal work, American Metalcraft Inc. fabricated 1/8-inch-thick aluminum into 130,000 square feet of custom rainscreen wall panels, fascia, soffit panels and column covers. Finishing Dynamics finished the panels in Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings’ Galaxy Silver extrusion coating, and Flynn Total Building Envelope installed the panels.
